Rhodes: ‘Foreign Leaders Already Having Phone Calls with Joe Biden,’ Same Act for Which Michael Flynn Was Investigated

Ben Rhodes, former deputy national security adviser during the Obama administration, claimed on Monday that “foreign leaders are already having phone calls with Joe Biden.”

Gen. Mike Flynn, the first national security adviser for President Donald Trump, was prosecuted under an arcane law called the Logan Act for having precisely such communications with foreign leaders before Trump was sworn in.

Former Vice President Joe Biden has been accused of suggesting the Logan Act as a pretext for investigating Flynn, although other Obama administration officials claim the idea did not come from Biden.

Biden is really suffering from dementia.  His election to POTUS hs not been certified with the Electoral College, the election is being contested by Trump, and he is running around like he is the man.

All his rhetoric about healing the country, saving the soul of America will in fact result in Americans dead.  This scoundrel should be fitted with a rope if we had justice in this nation.

Let the Republicans do to Biden what they did to Trump.  Let them sit and wait for hell to freeze for appointment confirmations.  I believe Trump had over 1,000 positions that never got to approval as we sit here and speak.

Let the Republicans take the Senate, and not show up in committee for appointee approvals like the Dems did for four years to Trump.
