In any court room proceedings, criminal or civil, what evidence does the judge weigh? The lawyers reputation or the pleadings, exhibits, witnesses and merits of the case?
All of the above ... and add politics. And, remember: A suit does not go immediately to the Supreme Court, it must work its way through lower to appellate to Supreme. Cases can be expedited, but the path is the same. The good news is all suits are already in the Federal pipeline.

The stories on Rudy's role will escalate with dire predictions for the President and "sources" saying the President is ready to throw in the towel. I'm sure by tomorrow's talk shows this will be another "end of Trump" story and Rudy will be the joke of the town.

During yesterday's interview with Byron York, in addition to the "Never bet against me" quote, POTUS said he expected this to go on for two or three weeks. So, it seems we've got a little time before we head for the ledge.
