It would make more sense to me to throw out all the votes and, per Article II Section 1, leave it to the state legislature to appoint electors.  The Constitution would be fully respected and the people would not be completely disenfranchised, in that they elected the legislature and can hold the legislators accountable at the next election.

As much as I despise and oppose them, I have to hand it to the democrat-communists.
Since 2016, they've put into place (probably with help from the Chinese communist party) an underground "apparatus" capable of both "soft" and "hard" election fraud comprising so many tentacles and vectors that it's going to be almost impossible to defeat it.

Of course, our side must keep fighting right down to the wire.
But we must also face the reality that "the wire" isn't far away -- only about 25 days ahead right now -- and the chances of a come-from-behind win in at least 3 or 4 states is a mighty tall order.

Press on, and hope for a reversal of fortune...   (sigh)

The Concession Speech is the trigger which peacefully transfers power to the victor.  Twice in our history, 1800 and 1824, the loser refused to concede.

Right now the Battleground States are being recounted/audited.  If the House of Representatives is handed the responsibility to choose the victor, it isn't based upon the 435 members...it's based upon 50 votes.  ONE VOTE FOR EACH STATE.

Right now, there are 37 States run by Republicans.

Just one tiny little flaw in the story: he did no such thing.

Lawyers for President Donald Trump from the Porter Wright firm have withdrawn as of Friday from representing him in challenges to election results Pennsylvania.

Though the lawyers’ legal filing claims that the withdrawal is in the best interest of the plaintiffs, the New York Times reported Friday morning that the firm suffered “internal tensions” over its work for Trump — partly as a result of pressure from the Times‘ own coverage:

    The firm’s withdrawal followed an article in The New York Times on Monday described internal tensions at the firm about its work for Mr. Trump’s campaign in Pennsylvania. Some employees said they were concerned that the firm was being used to undercut the integrity of the electoral process. One Porter Wright lawyer resigned in protest over the summer.

    On Wednesday, Porter Wright issued a statement noting its “long history of election law work during which we have represented Democratic, Republican and independent campaigns and issues.”
