President Trump could seek to block certification of disputed results

The Trump campaign could be looking to block election officials from finalizing results in contested states as a legal battle continues to be waged over voter fraud.

According to reports Wednesday, the President’s team could take this legal route in order to deny Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden the change to a victory.

This comes as the team has filed lawsuits in Nevada, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan. President Trump has raised concerns over rampant “voting irregularities” in these key battleground states.

“In Pennsylvania, partisan Democrats have allowed ballots in the state to be received three days after the election and we think much more than that,” he explained. “And they are counting those without even postmarks or any identification whatsoever.”

The President has continued to blast disturbing irregularities across the nation, while also nothing his campaign has been denied access to observe counting in certain cities.

If the lawsuits succeed in stopping the state’s certification of results, state lawmakers can step in and provide an alternative slate of electors. This could increase President Trump’s chances of winning the state if the new slate votes in his favor........

In disconcerting news, votes are stored as a decimal fraction. They are not even trying to record votes as whole numbers, as individual choices.

This right here is a dead giveaway.  There is no conceivable reason why votes would be counted as floats instead of long integers unless they were to be manipulated by multiplication or division.

Today’s PA court ruling is significant not because of the amount of ballots it affects but because it sets the legal precedent that PA’s Secretary of State did not have statutory authority to override election law. Neither did PA Supreme Court. Only legislature.

It would make more sense to me to throw out all the votes and, per Article II Section 1, leave it to the state legislature to appoint electors.  The Constitution would be fully respected and the people would not be completely disenfranchised, in that they elected the legislature and can hold the legislators accountable at the next election.

That is more likely.  But only MI and GA have set up Committees to examine the propriety of that.  That said, if SCOTUS tells PA they'd better do it on December 4th, it can be done in time to satisfy the Save Harbor.  Five minutes.
