TRUMP SET A BIG BLOCK-CHAIN STING ON  ALL THE VALID BALLOTS. ESSENTIALLY, THEY KNOW WHERE EACH BALLOT CAME FROM AND WHERE IT IS NOW.

Dr. Pieczenick claims that election ballots across America have been watermarked and the Democrats will be exposed when they attempt to cheat!

How did the feds arrange to watermark election ballots that were produced by each state?
