He's mostly saying the troop buildup is a very loud statement that China, UN, et al BEST ***NOT*** do ANYTHING foolish.

I tend to watch 2 videos at a time with one on mute with captions. There's still no way to stay caught up as much as I'd like. 10-16 hours a day at this and I still don't feel caught up and can only scan the top 50% of the top 3% of the sources that I prefer to check.
