i'm not aware of any consistent goals mentioned.
The most persistent mention is some variation on a libertarian kind of minimal government.
Also mentioned is cleaning out the satanic elements from government, media & education etc.
Beyond those items, I'm not aware of a commonly mentioned set of goals. If anyone else is, maybe they will speak up.
There seems to be a few folks out there, anyway, who would really like to see a return to a Constitutionally constrained Federal Government. That would mean eliminating a significant portion of the bureaucracy, (9/10) and returning Federal Government functions to those powers specifically granted in the plain language of the Constitution. Entire Federal Departments would be eliminated, and those duties would fall to the several states, should they decide to fund and empower those actions.
Needless to say, a huge number of rules, regulations, and laws would have to be tossed as well.
I think the founders had a great idea, with the exception of not dealing with the slavery issue at the onset, and we should return to that concept. Our government has, in small steps, over a century and a half (or more), departed from that course, aided by the indoctrination of the public schools, once formed to teach people to read and cypher well enough to keep from getting screwed by, among others, their public servants.
