Idiot Rays manager cost them the game by removing Snell.
@dfwgator

Removing Snell wasn't the mistake. Snell lifetime is most hittable when he faces an order for the third time around. First time around a lineup: they hit .205 against him. Second time: they hit .234. Third time: .247. Getting Snell out was the smart move when you're trying to survive one more day.

The real mistake was having the wrong pitcher behind him.

Nick Anderson became very vulnerable this postseason. Six runs surrendered in his previous six postseason gigs. If Cash knew he wasn't going to let Snell go a third time around the Dodger order, he should have had a different righthander than Anderson ready to go. That was the mistake that turned the game around.
