‘Weekend at Biden’s’ hilarious ‘movie trailer’ is racking up fans

A new campaign advertisement takes aim at Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in a satirical play on the hit 1980s movie “Weekend at Bernie’s.â€
An actor portraying a seemingly lifeless Biden is carted around by aides in a nod to the original comedy film about two men who pretend their dead boss is still alive so they can enjoy his luxury home over a weekend stay. The ad, titled, “Weekend at Biden’s,†was released by a conservative PAC on the night of the final presidential debate.
“So let me get this straight. Less than a month to Election Day and this is our candidate?†A female “aide†asked in the video ad, which runs about one minute, as the Biden look-alike is retrieved from his basement.
“Yup,†replied the other aide played by Nick Ward, who created the ad with the “No to Joe PAC,†as the Biden character got prepped to head out. After blow-drying his hair and brushing his false teeth, the trio drive to a campaign stop.
