Gaffney has no proof that Hunter is guilty of anything; he has no proof Joe is guilty of anything.

Quote
The Biden Crime Family Comes Undone
Say it ain’t so, Joe.
Frontpage Magazine, Oct 22, 2020, Daniel Greenfield

[...]

t doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, in Delaware, everyone knows that the Biden name means money in the bank. Literally. Just ask MBNA, Hunter’s former employer, whose executives poured $200,000 into Joe’s coffers, and one of whom bought his house.

“Don’t worry about investors,” James Biden, Joe's brother, famous for scoring a billion dollar contract to build houses in Iraq, told executives at Paradigm Global Advisors.  “We've got people all around the world who want to invest in Joe Biden.”

James had bought Paradigm together with Hunter Biden.

Biden can try to deny the obvious, but he isn’t even trying to deny that the emails and photos are real, or that it was his son’s laptop. Instead, he spouted a word salad of gibberish, stating, “the vast of the intelligence people have come out and said there’s no basis at all.”

Why does Biden need to call on “the vast of the intelligence people” who carefully avoided making a firm statement, to deny something he is better able to deny on his own?

Because it’s really an admission.

The latest emails make it all too clear that Joe Biden got Viktor Shokin, the Ukranian prosecutor, fired because Burisma wanted him gone and that Hunter Biden's purpose in making deals with a powerful Chinese energy company linked to the Communist regime was to produce income for "me and my family". It’s no wonder that the latest reports link the FBI’s subpoena of the laptop, not to the media’s false claims of a Russian op, but to a money laundering investigation.

Investing in Joe Biden or, as one message allegedly has it, "the big guy", meant depositing the money with James or Hunter. And then Hunter deposited a laptop with a small computer repair shop in Delaware five miles from his father’s home, and never picked it up. The rest is history.

And the history is happening now.

The Hunter Biden laptop unrolls two ragged threads. One is the descent of Joe Biden’s son into new depths of depravity and the other are the foreign investors who bought into Joe Biden Inc.

Ok.  I'll ask.

What, exactly, is "Trump's fault".   What is that "this" you refer to?   And if you refuse to answer, don't worry.   I'll understand.

That he is likely to lose this election and drag the Senate down with him.    IMO,  the emphasis these next two weeks must be to try to save the Senate.   It is the last bulwark against the Dems' radicalism.

Trump has one last chance to appeal to voters like me as well as voters like you.    I suggest he make the most of it.

Ok, and thanks for responding, btw.

But... have you seen the enthusiasm coming from the pro-Trump side?   And conversely, have you noticed the lack of enthusiasm for Biden-Harris?   They can't fill venues, reminiscent of when Hillary was running and they kept having to downsize the venue due to lack of interest.

Seriously.... I think it's going to be a blowout/landslide for the GOP.   I don't think most Americans are falling for the colossal BS that the left has been spewing.   Either way, we'll see and one of us will be having to acknowledge that they were wrong.... right here... some time in November (lol).   The whole thing will be contested by the left when Trump wins, even worse than in 2000.
No quarter given to the enemy within...ever.

Gaffney has no proof that Hunter is guilty of anything; he has no proof Joe is guilty of anything.  Every person is innocent until a trial is held and the jury convicts or doesn't convict.  Therefore, Joe is an innocent candidate for president.

If an investigation later on determines Joe committed a crime, even though he is now president, he can be charged and a trial held, either when he is in office or after he is not president.  There are rules about when a president can be tried for a crime.

Due to what I just wrote, I think nothing will be done until after the election is over and an investigation starts, or doesn't if there is not enough there to suggest Biden has committed a crime.

Objectively,  Republicans should be cruising to victory given the accomplishments of the last four years, and the radicalism of the Dems..   Instead we are likely to lose both the Presidency and the Senate.

Damn right this is Trump's fault.   He is self destructive,  and it is the rest of us who will pay the price.

You’ve got only part of the equation. Because after Trump’s economic boom, there was Floyd and the race card, and democrat mobs burning and looting and attacking cities, not wanting to see a good crisis to go to waste.

Then the Wuhan came, and democrat mayors and governors in democrat states—also not wanting to see a good crisis to go to waste—shut down the nation’s largest economies indefinitely, based on politicized medical data just to stick it to the president right before an election.

To summarize, the decks were stacked and you believe the stackers who conspired against Trump, instead of the president whose record of accomplishments are his best argument for re-election.

I think a lot of it stems from the fact that Jazzhead and other anti-Trumpers are not happy with how Trump 'reacted' to:  having his excellent economy destroyed, through no fault of his own; being unfairly attacked and demonized for his response to Covid-19, which historic facts clearly show that the DemocRats' response would have cost us thousands more deaths; and being constantly attacked and accused and investigated and demonized by the very deep state crooks that evidence is now showing were up to their eyeballs in kickbacks and corruption, the likes of which dwarfs what they were accusing Trump of.

Great synopsis of the dirty, filthy way in which the American people’s choice for president has been disrespected by democrats and media from his first day in office. I’m sure I’m not the only one spitting mad about it.

I detest the radical left (Democrats) and have for way longer than since Trump decided to run for President.   And yeah.... I've been spitting mad about them for three decades (started with the PC grifters, the Clintons).... but especially for the past four years.

Before then, I didn't think it was possible to be any madder than I already was...lol.   They proved me wrong.

Who have I insulted?   I take that charge seriously, coming from a mod.    How exactly has expressing my opinion crossed the line into "insult"?

If I am wrong about this election,  I will do more than admit it - I will express my happiness at our Republic having dodged a bullet.   But that bullet right now is looking like a kill shot.    The Dems have made this election into a referendum on Trump's personality,  not his policies.

I don't like it but I can live with it because I support his policies.  But millions cannot,  and the greatest gift the Dems have been given is that Trump can't or won't change.

It's not just Dems that made this about Trump's personality.  You did too, and you're in the company of people like Bill Kristol, Jeff Flake and Mitt Romney.  Yes, you and I will share that breath of relief.  I'll certainly admit that myself.

If it’s any comfort, I share many of your same concerns. I can think of any number of conservative politicians who could probably articulate Trump’s positions much more clearly and less abruptly than Trump does, but I don’t think they would connect with regular folks at the same gut level that Trump does. Which makes Donald Trump a very effective communicator, despite English being his second language. But, remember, what I care more about is how effectively Trump gets big or difficult things accomplished, rather than just presidential behavior and political comity. Substance over style.

In politics there are always trade offs.

Look, pal,  stop whining.    This Administration has accomplished plenty,  enough to be re-elected in a landslide.    That that is not expected to become reality is because of the incorrigible flaws of our nominee.    He has two weeks to correct them.    He has two weeks to appeal to the nation with vision,  not his obsession with petty spats.
