Supreme Court sides with Democrats on Pennsylvania mail-in ballot deadline
By John Kruzel - 10/19/20 07:14 PM EDT

The Supreme Court on Monday left intact an extended mail-in ballot due date in Pennsylvania, handing a major defeat to Republicans.

The court's four more conservative justices — Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh — said they would have granted a GOP-requested stay, which indicates that Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the three liberal justices to form a 4-4 tie that leaves in place a lower court ruling.

Breaking:  Supreme Court will allow mail-in ballots to be counted in Pennsylvania if they are received three days after the election and are postmarked by election day, or do not have a postmark at all. The ruling is a loss to state republicans.

Huge win for Pennsylvania. Trump’s losing streak continues, this time in SCOTUS.

Now let’s have an election.

Justice Roberts screws Republicans again, by refusing to issue a stay to the absurd Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling that allows counting ballots received AFTER election day. This also hypocritically contradicts Roberts' other rulings on ballot access.

Ridiculous. Maybe it’s true, the lump Roberts really does hate Trump.
