I have read the owner of the shop, John Paul Mac Isaac, has said he saw no child pornography on the laptop.
Having child pornography will put you in prison forever.
I have told this story that happened a number of years ago, of a district judge in a county where I lived, charged our county judge with pornography on his office computer. Then, she got a Texas Ranger friend to say one of the men on the computer looked under age, so she gave him another charge of child pornography. The county had no rules for personal use of a county computer.
I got involved on that case, and went to the site where these men were in meager clothes. Then, I started looking at other men almost nude-type sites including the Playboy site where the women were.
Then I thought, what is nudity? Maybe a hundred years ago, a woman showing her ankle was guilty of being nude. At what undressed point on a body, do you consider to be nude?
The lawyer of the judge whom I was helping, contacted the owner of the website where the men were, and the man said to be underage, was in his twenties. The district judge had to drop the child pornography charge.
The Texas Commission of Judicial Conduct finally removed this woman district judge.
I had nude type websites sending me stuff for a long time. Be warned, if you go to one, you will get on a list of such sites and they will inhabit your computer.
