Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats have called this rating the â€œgold standard.â€

Now, it's time to settle in. At normal hearings, this would be the point where the witness gives a statement and Q&A's start.

But this is a SCOTUS hearing. So instead, every senator on the committee will give a statement. And Barrett will sit and wait several hours to speak.

So far, the Senate Dems dogma is speaking loudly â€” so much of this is about abortion and LGBTQ ideology. Their religion canâ€™t respect disagreement on these things. This is dangerous territory for us.
