Ocean research organization Ocearch caught the massive great white on Friday
Named 'Nukumi', the shark measured 17ft 2inches and weighed in at 3,541 lbs
Once captured, the team tagged her and took samples before releasing her back
The leader of the expedition said she had lived a 'rich' life dating back years
