Trump’s Internal Polling Showing Shift to Jobs, Economy, and COVID Over Race and Law & Order Issues

According to the Daily Caller, President Trump’s internal polling is finding that voters are pivoting to jobs, the economy, and COVID and away from race issues and police shootings.

Another important trend the poll data tells the president’s team is that independents are leaning toward supporting the same issues that Republicans support — meaning Democrats are in a minority on the issues they think are important going into the 2020 election.

Also, the Democrat’s radical turn to the left is extremely unpopular with average Americans and blue-collar, and middle-class Americans. This means all the trends on the issues favor the GOP and Donald Trump right now. With only two months until Election Day, this is significant.

Per Daily Caller:

Quote
Twenty percent of all respondents listed “Jobs/The Economy” as their most important issue, while 16 percent said the same of “Fighting COVID-19.” Notably, only 3 and 4 percent listed “Upholding Law and Order” and “Stop Racial Injustice” as the top election issue respectively. 61 percent either didn’t answer, don’t have a preference, or named an issue outside the the 8 listed survey options as their most important issue.

The ideological breakdown showed Independents’ issue choices aligning more closely with those of Republicans than Democrats. 23 percent of Independents listed jobs and the economy as their top issue, 15 percent said fighting coronavirus, 4 percent selected law and order, while just 2 percent are most concerned with stopping racial injustice. The Republican and Democrat splits for those issues were 28-8-7-1 and 11-24-1-6 respectively.

I suspect the riots will come to a screeching halt on a dime. And if they do we’ll know there was absolutely nothing spontaneous about them in the first place - they were just another rat strategy.
