No, attempting to vote in person after doing so by mail is illegal I believe, so following Trump's advice would have you doing something illegal.

This is another unforced error by Trump.

I ain't a Repub, but I plan on voting Trump as many times as possible. I have my BC, DL, State ID, six different passports, three death certificates, and a green card.

Mail ballots must be in by the last mail delivery on election day.  Ballots arriving after that
will not be counted, except for military ballots as the date for them is later.

Only 49 out of 50 of states are not Texas, and they are all different.  Many states allow 3 days for the mail to clear.

As a schoolboy, I was conversant in Latin but to a much lesser extent, Greek because of the alphabet.

I read the NC voting law.

Anyone can ask for an absentee ballot, so there are no restrictions as to being away, over 65, in the military, disabled, etc.

But....

you have to fill out a form to get the ballot.
They aren't just randomly mailing ballots out to people.
