No adult can of normal mental competence can think about this for more than a minute without concluding it is wide-open to fraud.

I have seen local blacks bringing their senile grandparents out of seniors homes and practically carry them into the polling place to vote,and even be allowed to "help them". Evidentially that is allowed,because none of the monitors there said anything about it,or tried to prevent it from happening.
The thing is wide-open for fraud because it puts the poll-watchers in the position of determining who is senile and shouldn't be allowed to vote,and who isn't. Since none of them are physicians or psychiatrists,they are not legally qualified to make that judgement,and can even be sued if they do.
Hell,remember that Obomber election where armed Black Panthers surrounded one polling place to keep white people out?
Yeah,yeah. I know they claimed they were there to provide security for the poll watchers inside and the voters,but we all know that was a lie.
Imagine the outrage if a bunch of white militiamen showed up at a "white" polling station near a black neighborhood,carrying semi-auto rifles.
Hard to win or even defend yourself with massive double-standards like that being allowed to exist.
