The only thing that is VERY scary is Pelosi making this comment and what is even scarier is people actually believe what she spews. She has become a very evil person and the DEMS have become dangerous to our society.  9999hair out0000

Pelosi rips Trump for trying to 'scare' voters: 'Don't pay any attention to what the president is saying'

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi condemned President Trump's efforts to "suppress" the vote and "scare" people away from the polls in November and encouraged Americans to make a plan to vote.

"Don't pay any attention to what the president is saying because it is all designed to suppress the vote," Pelosi said at a rare Saturday news conference ahead of a vote on a U.S. Postal Service funding bill.

Pelosi and Democrats have accused Trump of trying to sabotage the November election by delaying the mail and peddling misinformation about mail-in voting.

Now they say Trump is deploying more voter suppression tactics by suggesting he'll send law enforcement to polling places to monitor the election.

"Why would he do that, except to scare people off?" Pelosi said.

"It's in their playbook that they'll have people intimidated to vote by having ICE agents ... or other law enforcement there to instill fear in people as they show up," she said. "...It's scary but ignore that. It's a suppress-the-vote tactic."

I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.

She's senile and drunk - not a good combination. It is quite amazing that she is Speaker of the House isn't it? Actually she's an embarrassment.   Looking back - Bohner was senile and a drunk and an embarrassment as well.  Hopefully she'll either step down or be replaced.  Her time has come to leave Congress.  I truly hope that she is replaced by someone much better; I'm not holding my breath.

There is a no-cross line of 100 ft. around a polling place.  Only a voter going to vote can cross that line going to the polling place.  No one else can.  An election judge has the power of a district judge on election day.  If there is trouble in the polling place, that judge can call law enforcement and allow them to cross the 100 ft. line and come into the polling place.  Trump's "law enforcement" cannot cross that line unless asked to cross it by the election judge.  The election judge, if he/she needs to call due to a problem, is going to call local law enforcement, not Trump's men, whatever he calls them.

Oh, yeah the law

Democrats  have a long history of not following the law, why should anyone anticipate it changing now.

  • That is the problem with everything. They try and make it better without realizing the old is fine.
