He is Cuban, a doctor, and now he’s on a mission in Venezuela. “Our salary is 1,200,000 Bolivars. It sounds like a lot, but when the time comes to purchase something, it’s nothing. The dollar keeps rising every day and at this moment it’s at 300,000, which is about 4 dollars a month,†he tells CiberCuba.
