 Woke Mobs Demand You Must Now Explain Why You Stand For The Anthem

Kneeling for the national anthem at sporting events used to be the occasional episode of player activism protesting the United States as an evil racist empire. Amid the new 21st century woke revolution however, kneeling has become a key signifier for players and teams to declare which side of the culture wars one sits on.

It’s those who love America versus those who hate it, the latter of which despises the American flag and all that it represents as a relic of white supremacy that must be condemned.

Those who still stand out of respect for the nation’s ideals and the uniformed men and women who protect it are now the outliers forced to defend themselves in a new age of no dissent, because dissent is racist, racism is oppression, oppression is violence, and violence is not to be tolerated, even if it isn’t real.

The time has come that if these players are not going to stand for the national anthem, it is time for taxpayers to shutdown the ball field, stadium and end pro sports.  The taxpayers of America paid for every one of these stadiums, not the owners, not the players. 

Close the stadiums down.

Your plea would have some justice, were it recent, willing, immigrants from Africa who were the problem here.  Recent immigrants from Nigeria and Senegal (for instance) are generally prosperous -- indeed recent immigrants from Nigeria are among the wealthiest ethnic groups in the US -- and grateful for the freedoms bestowed on us by the Founders. 

The black folk who are discontent are those whose ancestors did not come voluntarily, having been captured in raids by their fellow Africans and sold to trans-Atlantic slave traders, and who, while they might be grateful for the shedding of Union blood to end slavery, have just cause for resentment against the lingering effects of the ideology white Southerners created to force the square peg of slavery into the round hole of the ideals of the American Founding -- things like the Black Codes, their less oppressive continuation in Jim Crow, red-lining that made the promise of home ownership on the basis of low-interest loans from the VA hollow for most black WWII vets, the deliberate misadministration of GI Bill benefits by racist VA bureaucrats in the 40's and 50's that denied their parents or grandparents the leg up of a college education that their white fellow WWII vets got.

There were IN FACT black,brown,and every other mixture of humanity fighting FOR America during the American Revolution.

In FACT,one black man that was a servant,or maybe even a slave,oF a prominent Colonial General was captured by the British while taking a message through the British lines,and tortured to reveal what he knew on one of the British prison ships at harbor. He did NOT give it up,and IIRC,he escaped,swam to shore,and delivered the damn message!

He not only received the highest award given for valor back then,but was also given an estate. I wish I could remember his name now,but it just won't come to me.

There were also native American tribes that fought with us,Jews,Gypsies,and every other form of mankind known to the world at large back then. Pretty much every nationality and race living in Europe.

America has NEVER been a "white nation",and in fact,for the first hundred or so years,whites were a minority here.

What I am talking about, is making an America in AFRICA...HAITI...elsewhere in the world.  NOT, that there was not a mixture of people in America.  Our constitution came from the basic tenets from the Bible, by white founding fathers. We are a CHRISTIAN nation, created by Christian founding fathers. It is said 24 of the 55 signers of the constitution were CLERGY or sons of clergy. 80 some percent were Episcopalian.  Some Catholics, 2 Diest. A MIX.   America  was a white
nation till HART/CELLER ACT 1965.  That ruined us.  Now minorities  want us, to be a communist country.  I do have issues with that.  How did you get all that 'other' stuff out of my post?   All I said was, which is true, white founding fathers created America with our constitution and bill of rights. From the Bible.   I never said, we were a white nation.  I am saying, so many people came here to get our 'freedoms' & a better life than what their original country offered.  IF, all those who are now unhappy, living here, ANTIFA, BLM, NBP=NATION  OF ISLAM...they could've created what they wanted in their own country of origin.  OMAR, from Somalia, now wants sharia law in America.  The SQUAD.  All the oppression they escaped, they now want to implement that on AMERICANS.  I do resent that.
