Mayor Lightfoot urges Chicagoans to snitch on fed agents sent to protect city; Trump meets with victim’s families

Instead of urging her constituents to cooperate with federal authorities as they investigate and attempt to put a stop to the horrific crime engulfing her city, far-left Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot chose on Wednesday to attack President Donald Trump.
Responding to the president’s decision to send federal law enforcement officers to Chicago (and other cities) “to help drive down violent crime,†she held a press conference during which she accused him of not actually caring about the victims of violent crime, told her constituents to call 911 immediately if they see federal authorities doing anything “that doesn’t look right†and threatened to file suit if federal authorities misbehave.
“I’m calling on all Chicagoans, if you see something that doesn’t look right, please don’t hesitate to report it. Call 911, call 311. We are going to remain diligent, and if we see any steps out of line, particularly with DHS or Border Patrol, we are not going to hesitate to take the president to court and stop any unconstitutional actions,†she said.
