Questions about Joe Biden’s apparent cognitive decline arose again on Monday as he said his campaign will have lawyers going to “voter registration physicians” on Election Day.

During an appearance on The Reidout on MSNBC, Biden said, “We have a whole group of lawyers who are going out to every polling— every uh, voter, voter registration physician in the states— the secretaries of state, making sure that they, in fact, have a game plan as to how they’re going to allow the voting to take place.”

Former White House Physician Dr. Ronny Jackson recently called for Biden to submit to a cognitive assessment.

“I’m not comfortable with him being my president,” Jackson told The Kyle Olson Show earlier this month.

Joe can't find the right words.  He needs to read a speech but that won't work in a debate except for the beginning and end.  He could do it on line so someone could tell him what to say to answer a question.  A question is, will Joe step down at their convention and let the Dems choose someone else?
Or, will Joe choose someone smart to be his Vice-Pres. who can do the work needed and Joe be a figure head President?

In 1919, President Woodrow Wilson suffered a severe stroke that left him incapacitated until the end of his presidency in 1921, an event that became one of the great crises in presidential succession. However, historian Edwin A. Weinstein notes that Wilson had a history of cerebrovascular disorders going back to 1896, sixteen years before his was elected president.

Wilson had at least three strokes before the one in 1919 that incapacitated him and led to his wife acting as president. Joe Biden - who blames his gaffes on a history of stuttering, rather than dyslexia - also has a history of neurological issues, as noted by Washington Examiner

Biden's most serious health issues happened more than 30 years ago, when he had an aneurysm that burst and caused him to undergo emergency surgery. Months later, surgeons clipped a second aneurysm before it burst.

Biden's mental decline issues sound Physiological and not necessarily age-related in nature, but I'm no expert.  Could the brain surgery have caused something to shake loose?
