Yesterday saw a new low in irresponsible media reporting on a briefing by a presidential press secretary.  Many media outlets outright lied about what Kayleigh McEnany said by cutting her off in mid-sentence in a comment on school reopening, thereby creating an impression that was opposite of the truth.

Becket Adams of the Washington Examiner explains and presents multiple examples of lies reported by the propaganda media:

     White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Wednesday tried to explain President Trump’s position that schools in the United States should re-open sooner rather than later.

    “The president has said, unmistakably, that he wants schools to open. And I was just in the [Oval Office] talking to him about that. And when he says ‘open,’ he means, ‘open in full’ – kids being able to attend each and every day at their school,” she told reporters at a White House press briefing.

It has been said before, but it bears repeating: You are better off watching raw footage of the White House press briefings than trusting the word of journalists.

Put more simply, members of our vaunted Fourth Estate cannot be trusted to report accurately on this administration. They are just making stuff up at this point.

We are the outlier here.’ The science is very clear on this — that, you know, for instance, you look at the [Journal of the American Medical Association's] pediatric study of 46 pediatric hospitals in North America that said the risk of critical illness from COVID is far less for children than that of seasonal flu.”

The White House press secretary concluded, “The science is on our side here. We encourage for localities and states to just simply follow the science. Open our schools.”

The media has always slanted the news, but now they're flat making sh*t up out of whole cloth. Used to be you could figure out the basic facts by taking the information presented and weighing it for press bias. Now you can't even do that.

I go on Imgur website, which is a far-Left anti-Trump/anti-Conservative propaganda site which pretends to be entertainment.

They lost their freaking minds about masks. A couple of weeks ago almost every post was about masks and specifically how retarded people are who do not wear them (unless you are a rioter or a BLM protester, then you get a pass).

Recently, they lost their feakin minds over Kayleigh. There must be 500 posts on that site in just a couple of days declaring that Keyleigh said "Science doesn't matter when fighting COVID". Which of course is an outright lie. She was saying that the science does not support keeping children out of school. But you will never see that reported. Because they do not want 'truth' to be reported. That is not their agenda. That is why they say, with tongue in cheek, 'We are not a news site'. That gives them license to make-up and say anything they want to with no accountability.

In fact, the site spreads so many outright completely made-up lies with no checks of any kind, that any time I see a post with Trump, White House, Republican, Christian, Conservative, BLM, COVID, and on and on, I simply skip it in one second. There is no point in wasting time reading their trash. Because I know it will be some worthless fake lie they are pushing.

But the fun posts are worth skipping though all their bullshit which floods the site daily. I click through the posts very quickly until I hit something fun and not political. However some days you simply can't do it. Some times every post is political, and always anti-Trump propaganda in one way or another.

NBC’s Chuck Todd Repeatedly Airs Clip Previously Denounced As Misleading And Wrong

We recently discussed the false tweet sent out by CNN’s White House reporter Jim Acosta that mocked White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany for saying that “the science should not stand in the way of this.”  That quote was artificially clipped to leave the diametrically opposite impression from what actually said.  The clip suggests that McEnany was dismissing science when she was actually highlighting scientific work supporting the position of the White House.  While Acosta later sent out another tweet noting the real meaning and his colleague Jake Tapper corrected the false narrative on the air, Chuck Todd on Meet the Press decided to play the misleading clip not once but twice on Sunday. It was not just running an overtly misleading clip but defiantly doing so after other journalists have challenged the erroneous impression left by the clip. ...

CNN looks to be trying to double down on this lie.
