Defend your home, go to prison

Anybody out there who didn’t see this coming?

    As we reported earlier, in a very disturbing move, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who displayed guns on their property to defend themselves from a huge group of BLM protesters, had a warrant served on them and had the AR-15 Mark McCloskey displayed in that incident seized.

    It’s not yet clear why the weapon was seized and there have been no charges lodged against the couple.

    People who care about the Constitution were very troubled by the action against the McCloskeys.

With no charges, and no shots fired, under what justification was the firearm seized? It isn't evidence if there was no crime.

No justification needed.   It's what the RL wants to do throughout America.... not just in the leftist bastions.   If given the power (by voters) that they are seeking and fighting for.... first they will confiscate all weapons, in violation of the 2nd Amendment.  They've already been ignoring the Constitution, right?   Then they will eliminate the 2nd Amendment legislatively.   After that they will eliminate the entire Constitution.   In exactly that order.

Well, it appears that BLM filed a complaint, the prosecutor presented a case to the court and the court issued a warrant and the cops had to serve it.
So, where is the liberal link in the process?

Between the BLM and the prosecutor. Instead of charging the BLM with destruction of property (The gate they mangled to gain access) and trespassing, they took the homeowner's means of self defense.

The forcible entry part keeps getting ignored.

So the court is accepting tainted evidence from prosecutors as "a true bill"... sounds familiar... hmmm

Wait... :pondering:
I thought their shock troops were "the resistance".


They might get away with this in the low-T environs of he urban enclaves, but the story will be different past the end of the sidewalk.

There isn't a jury in the nation that will convict them...long as jury members are at least 30 years old.

Call them what they are:
