VIDEO: Joe Biden Hilariously Runs Out of Steam During Speech

Low energy Joe Biden gave a speech that was only 18 minutes long on Wednesday in Darby, Pennsylvania. Unfortunately that was a bit too long for him as you can see him completely run out of steam at the tail end of the speech. He barely even had the energy left to say "thank you" at the end which came out as a nearly inaudible whisper.

No kidding this is alarming. We've watched this guy for decades and he's clearly nearing the end.

I don't wanna see him collapse on stage like Zero Mostel Johnny 'Guitar' Watson.

Many of us have those doubts.  I still think Trump got too close to taking him down exposing his corruption which would have also exposed Obama's and Hillary's.  The only way to save him (them) was to make him the DEM nominee-- any accusations would have looked like Trump was just trying to avoid him being the nominee.

His performance and speech was absolutely pitiful and concerning; under other circumstances he wouldn't have stood a chance against the other candidates.  I think even the DEM voters realize he's just not going to make it.
