Peaceful protests can be beautiful & profoundly American & are constitutionally protected.

MSNBC's Haake: I want to be super clear ... nothing happened on the side of the protesters ... then before the curfew mounted federal police using flash bangs and tear gas .. I was listening to POTUS speak about law and order as people were pushed aside by police forces.

It is being reported on CNN that Trump does not have the right to intertwine the military with local police and that the States have to request military presence.
