Waters, whose new concert film “Roger Waters: Us + Them,†hits digital platforms June 16, recently joined far-left filmmaker Michael Moore for a chat on his “Rumble with Michael Moore†podcast.
Moore released a segment of their conversation on YouTube.
The clip begins with Waters describing how Vice President Mike Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo can’t wait for the end of, well, everything.

“[Evangelical Christians] hate the Jewish people, they hate them. They’re the most anti Semitic people…†Waters said.
“Correct, yes,†Moore interjected.
“Ever,†Waters finished.
Two more anti-Evangelicals displaying their ignorance. The context for this part of the Moore-Waters conversation is some anti-Evangelicals' narrative that Evangelicals' looking forward to Jesus' return plus the the eschatological view of some Evangelicals in which Armageddon will be a literal, ultra-bloody, battle means that Evangelicals want Jews to die and therefore are antisemitic.
The first problem with this ridiculous narrative is that this literalist eschatological view is not universally accepted among Evangelical Christians. IOW, Waters and Moore are painting all Evangelicals Christians with a warehouse broom.
The second problem is that this ridiculous narrative does not even slightly resemble how this eschatological view is taught, nor how those who accept it view Jews and Israel.
