Illinois Governor Retaliates Against Reporter Who Attended Anti-Shutdown Rally

He has not banned any reporters who have “unbiased” opinions that are openly in favor of the orders.

Democrat Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker has retaliated against an Emmy Award winning journalist for attending an anti-shutdown rally against him and reporting that his family was breaking his own lock down orders.

The billionaire governor’s press secretary sent an email to AM 560’s Amy Jacobson saying that she can no longer be considered an impartial journalist because of her attendance at the rally.

Three days prior to her briefing ban, Jacobson broke the news that his family was violating the governor’s own order against essential travel and staying at his multi-million dollar horse farms in Wisconsin and Florida.

“Now I’m hearing that Gov. Pritzker has a 1,000 acre horse farm in Kenosha, WI,” Jacobson tweeted on Friday evening. “That‘s where the family is tending to the animals tonight. You know, essential workers while the rest of us have been deemed ‘non essential.’”
