President Trump is in trouble in Wisconsin if the effects of the coronavirus pandemic do not subside by Election Day, according to former Gov. Scott Walker.

“I think it still boils down to a referendum on the president. They’ll beat up on [Joe] Biden, and they’ll raise some concerns,” Walker told Politico.

Trump will win the battleground state if people feel good about their health and the economy, he said. If not, “it’s much more difficult” for Trump, Walker added.

In 2016, Trump was the first Republican presidential candidate to win the state since 1984.

Rumor has it Walker is looking at a future presidential bid, and a second Trump term might push that possibility out beyond what he would like.

Anyone who plays with the nation's future like this with their own personal gain in mind won't get my vote, ever.
