What a lying weasel! There were at least 6 major actions by the CDC and 2 by the NIH in January, plus the January 17th start of symptom screening of passengers arriving from China and the January 31st travel shutdown announcement. I will give Cuomo one point, though. WHO was China's obedient running dog in denying that human-human transmission of this coronavirus had occurred.
