Biden and the DNC have about $20 Million to play with now, but he can surely borrow more. If I was Biden I'd buy lots of time for this ad. I think it is devastating, and it shows Biden is not conceding the "I hate China more than my opponent" vote. After watching President Trump bend over for Putin in Helsinki, after Russia meddled in our elections, I don't know if ignoring American intelligence again, ignoring Presidential Assistant Peter Navorro, and bending over for China is a big stretch for informed voters. I'll let others fact check it, like most LIVs.
