If the $$ was part of a budgetoid spending bill, then withholding the $$ probably would not violate that bill until October 1, 2020 (the start of the next fiscal year). As for "dangerous", WHO lied to the world about how this coronavirus can be spread, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths that might have been avoided/reduced had the world had accurate, honest, information. WHO is dangerous to the US and the world! Why in HADES should WHO receive US funds when its lies killed thousands of US citizens? WHO should be expelled from the US as well!
