This is not hard to understand. Tariq Ramadan is Hani Ramadan’s brother, but also, remember that Tariq Ramadan allegedly told his accuser Henda Ayari as he was raping her: “This is what you are asking for because you don’t wear the hijab.”

And that’s what the Qur’an says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused.” (33:59)
