Kohl's is closing all of its stores across the U.S. in response to coronavirus pandemic

Kohl's Corp. is closing all of its around 1,100 retail stores nationwide in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
All Kohl's stores will close Thursday at 7 p.m. local time, the company announced in a news release. The stores will be closed at least until April 1.
“To demonstrate our support of the efforts underway to contain the spread of the coronavirus, we are closing all Kohl’s stores through at least April 1. We will support store associates with two calendar weeks of pay,†said Michelle Gass, Kohl’s chief executive officer in the news release.
“We will continue to serve customers on Kohls.com and our Kohl’s App, and we look forward to reopening our stores soon to serve families across the country.â€
