Independent Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders lost his cool Wednesday at CNN Capitol Hill Correspondent Manu Raju after Raju asked the senator about the future of his presidential campaign.

“I’m dealing with a fu**ing global crisis. You know, we’re dealing with,” Sanders said.

Sanders continued to eviscerate Raju’s line of questioning, according to the CNN reporter’s Twitter account.

you just have to shrug shoulders and yawn...that is what old guys are known for.
Not prejudice against age, at all. Hell, I'm an old guy myself.
But when you are 80 years old, and you are clinging to a job that someone half your age should be doing...
and you know you are old and done but refuse to let go... just out of petty greed and lack of self-awareness.

I tend to lose sympathy.

All these super old assholes who were born shortly after the Civil War have screwed their own children and a whole generation after them. McCain/Kennedy set the bar. You never leave office until they come and get you on a stretcher, and even then keep hanging on. Nobody is ever going to take YOUR Job! Screw um all!

Forget all those young yabberdabber whipper snappers. I am HERE! AND I'M NEVER LEAVING.

It is no big wonder that Congress has become a government funded old folks home.

I understand your points,but I also understand that stopping work was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I was even willing to take one of those "greeter geezer" part time jobs at minimum wage,just to have something to do,but didn't because young people need those jobs to learn responsibility. Take away all the "starter jobs" and they have nothing.

I have a few years before I can draw Social Security.
Booms, busts, and bad investments have pretty much destroyed my savings, so I have to keep working. It isn't optional.
As far as the geezer/starter jobs go, they are not my job of choice, but if they keep my meager savings intact and provide insurance, I am miles ahead of sitting at the house watching what I have worked my life for go for back taxes.
With the crash in oil prices, my usual means of making a living went out the window. I definitely prefer that pecuniary compensation level. But my rig is getting stacked (got the word this morning), and until that sorts out, no one knows what drilling program, if any, there will be for the remainder of the year. 

I have plenty of projects when the time comes, and will need a little income to do them, if not pay bills, but I'm not at retirement yet, by a long shot.
