Governor DeSantis declares state of emergency over coronavirus concerns

Governor Ron DeSantis declared a State of Emergency Monday evening over the COVID-19 coronavirus concerns.
He signed the declaration so anyone at risk or has the virus can get the care they need and the state can get an emergency task force in place.

Governor DeSantis confirmed there have been 18 coronavirus cases in Florida. Two people have died. Those patients had underlying health issues.

Right now, there are 115 collections that are being tested in a lab to determine if those patients have the coronavirus.

There are three cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus in Southwest Florida: two in Lee County and one in Charlotte County. One of the Lee County patients died.

All of the patients have recently traveled outside of the country..........

I Believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.  I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
