Kamala Harris and Sally Yates among potential picks for Biden attorney general

Joe Biden hasn’t wrapped up the Democratic nomination for president, but there’s already chatter about who could be in his Cabinet.
Confidants of the former vice president are privately discussing the possibility of picking California Sen. Kamala Harris or former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates for the attorney general nomination, according to Axios.
Harris was the district attorney of San Francisco and attorney general of California before her election to the Senate. Her record as a prosecutor complicated her presidential candidacy, especially her controversial policy to address truancy.
Biden has floated Harris as a potential vice presidential pick, Supreme Court nominee, or attorney general.
