@Smokin Joe That's why I call public housing "The Dim Plantation". Almost all of them are there for life because the system doesn't demand anything of them other than they vote Dim. The schools they go to no longer even try to educate them so they can become independent citizens who can provide for themselves because THAT wouldn't work to keep the system in place.
What do you get from children when you expect and demand nothing from them,and in reality don't even offer them an option because you have convinced them they NEED to be dependent to survive?
Welfare and AA are the most destructive things that ever happened to poor people because the systems are designed to keep them "living on the plantation" to provide careers for the white collar mostly white people who control their incomes and living expenses,and to provide votes for politicians that promise them more money.
Why is ANYONE surprised by the fact almost all you ever get out of public housing residents is crime,drug addiction,and violence? Who is surprised that young men grow up to be thugs,murders,and pimps,when all the hear their whole lives is how they don't have a chance because the white man is going to keep them down?
The government is getting what they have been paying for.
