My question today is about whether or not individuals who were holdovers from the Obama National Security Council and Democrat partisans conspired with Schiff staffers to plot impeaching the President before there were formal House impeachment proceedings.

I understand the importance of keeping "whistleblower" identities private when the situation warrants. Sounds like Rand Paul has enough evidence that this individual may have other motives rather than airing the truth. And if that is the case, this SOB needs to be outted.

So you are ok with the accused not having the right to face his accusers?
The law says the whistle blower cannot be harassed or prosecuted but nothing about identity.

There is something so SOVIET about how way we know whistleblower isn't even because it's been reported, tho it has, but because powerful people are working so hard to prevent his name--and only his name--from being uttered. Like how folks used to read Pravda between the lines.

Philbin is strongly suggesting the "whistleblower" had a personal conflict of interest in filing his complaint against the president, who sought an investigation into Ukraine's 2016 meddling & Biden corruption there. The "whistleblower" worked closely with Biden on Ukraine issues

My question is not about a â€œwhistleblowerâ€ as I have no independent information on his identity. My question is about the actions of known Obama partisans within the NSC and House staff and how they are reported to have conspired before impeachment proceedings had even begun.

John Roberts did nothing while the FISA court which he personally oversees illegally spied on an American citizen. He did nothing when DOJ determined the court was defrauded.

But when a senator asked a question? Roberts shut that down. Twice. What a disgraceful coward.
