Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden was ordered to Arkansas court next Wednesday to explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt for violating court orders to reveal his financial information.

Via Arkansas Online:

    Hunter Biden must appear Jan. 29 in a Batesville courtroom and explain why he shouldn’t be held in contempt for violating court orders to provide financial information in his Arkansas paternity case.

    Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer signed an “Order to Appear and Show Cause” on Monday, a day when Arkansas courts were closed to honor the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The judge’s order was filed into the court record Tuesday.

What does he have to be afraid of from an Arkansas judge,most likely appointed by Clinton,and even if he wasn't,he was appointed by another Dim.

He or she may even be dreaming about getting a seat on a Federal bench,and pissing off the DNC is not the way to go about it.

Sure would be nice if someone could figure out a way to track the funds that will be going to her,wouldn't it? There is about a 99 percent chance of them coming from a offshore or Swiss bank to avoid having to to pay taxes on income in the US,and to avoid having to explain where the money came from.

The order came two days before the 49-year-old Biden was due to appear in court for a hearing on whether he should be found in contempt for failing to disclose financial information to Roberts as ordered by a judge.

Meyer, in her order Monday, postponed that hearing until March 13.

But if Biden produces the required financial information by March 1, then the motion for contempt filed by Roberts will be dismissed.

Sounds like the hearing is still on, unless he produces by March 1.

Ok, I'm confused.  Did the order rescheduling the hearing come down before or after the settlement was tentatively reached? 

The judge has to approve the settlement.  Could it be if the judge approves the settlement, there will be no hearing?  I should think Biden's lawyers would ensure that once the settlement is finalized, any outstanding issues are deemed resolved and any hearings scheduled are canceled.

But what do I know?

Well, yes.  And that's what I meant in the crack I made previously that the rich are different from the rest of us.  They can afford the best of the best in legal representation.  The best attorney(s) will work out a deal providing that Biden pay this woman child support.  In return, any criminal charges will go away, and the financial records plus everything else about the settlement will be made private.  I should also hope the mother's attorney secures more than just standard child support -- for example, a fund that will pay for the kid's higher education and maybe some compensation for her personally.  Surely, Hunter will have to pay her legal fees. 

Biden will escape criminal charges and having to make his finances public, but he won't get off "scot-free."  I think he is going to be paying dearly for his so-called love child" -- maybe for many years to come.  As he should.

We all know he was funneling most of the money he got from the Ukrainian board his papa got him a seat on back to his papa,so the line is pretty blurred as to what money belongs to who. Actually, we don't know all that.  I suppose this is why so many conspiracy theory followers were hoping Hunter would have to turn over his financials in this matter -- and it is allegedly why Trump pressed the Ukraine for an investigation into the Bidens.

And nothing will be proven if they can manage to remove Trump from office. This strikes right at the heart of Dim corruption,and if the plug named Hunter is pulled from the Dim Dike,the flood will begin.

Not that the dedicated Dim voters will give a damn because what it boils down to is both the Dim leadership and their children and the people on welfare or other public aid who see it as a career field  need to keep that system in place or their cash cows die and they have to actually find actual jobs.
