The Senate passed President Trump's United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement on trade in a bipartisan vote of 89 to 10 Thursday, giving the president his second major trade policy win in as many days.

USMCA, which replaces the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement, now goes to the White House, allowing Trump to fulfill a key 2016 campaign goal.

"You've heard the phrase 'a rising tide lifts all boats'? The new NAFTA we are working on puts a bigger oar in the water for our trilateral trade relationship with our northern and southern neighbors," said Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, an Iowa Republican, in the debate before the vote.

6 hours later and no responses.

Unemployment at 50-year lows, rising wages and a soaring stock market. Tax-cuts, criminal reform bill and two trade deals, but President Trump can't break 50% approval.  Why is that?
