Well,they need the room,and the Africans aren't going to do anything with it. The Chinese will go in there and buy up tribal land in exchange for passage to Europe or the US,and enough money to buy some bling.

The Chinese aren't Europeans. When they go in,the idea will be to take over and run the Africans out,or enslave them by hiring them for menial jobs and put them up in "company housing". The Europeans had the goal of educating and civilizing them into becoming "dark" Europeans,and it mostly didn't work.

The UN will decide the solution to this atrocity, rather than deal with the Chinese, will be to compel the west to take in all displaced Africans.

I may well be wrong due to chemo brain,but IF what I remember is a match to what you are writing about,the reason those cities are empty was because the buildings were unbelievably shoddy. I remember seeing photos of brand new multi-story apartment buildings that just fell over.  They were just build on flat ground and sitting there without being anchored. Plus stories of plumbing that didn't work,electricity that did nothing but cause fires,etc,etc,etc.

IIRC,the owners of those construction companies were either executed or put into prison for long sentences. The new "cities" remained empty because it was FAR cheaper to just build a new city somewhere than to deconstruct all the stuff already built,haul it off,and start over again from scratch.

The tribes living in mud huts will be met with ChiComs armed with automatic weapons, biological warfare (which I suspect has already been experimented with), and with other superior warfare techniques (like armed drones).   The ChiComs are, I'm sure, not worried about that.

That's why it's so ludicrous for these idiots on the left to be worried about Ukraine (supposedly).  The real threat is China..... and the nations they choose to partner with  (Russia, Iran, Korea, etc.).
