FAR-LEFT NY politicians’ Bail Reform law gives Jew-hating Black & Muslim attackers “Get Out of Jail Free” cards

Bail reform is setting suspects free after string of anti-Semitic attacks. The law was pushed by New York State’s left-wing Governor Andrew Cuomo. However, Democrats like NYC’s anti-police Mayor Bill de Blasio wholeheartedly support laws that allow criminals back on the streets.

NY Post Suspects arrested in last week’s spree of eight anti-Semitic attacks are being quickly released right back into the neighborhoods they terrorized thanks to “bail reform” legislation — which doesn’t even take effect until Jan. 1.
The most recent case of revolving-door justice came Saturday morning, with the release, with no bail, of a woman charged with punching and cursing at three Orthodox women, ages 22, 26 and 31, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn at dawn the day before.

The accused assailant, Tiffany Harris, 30 (below), was hauled in handcuffs before a Brooklyn judge on 21 menacing, harassment and attempted assault charges.

Democrats Rethink Bail Reform After Hate Crime Spike

With a rise in anti-Semitic hate crimes over the holiday, some Democrats are now rethinking the sweeping bail reform passed by both houses of the state legislature last year.

The change eliminates cash bail for those accused of committing a litany of misdemeanors and felonies, including many nonviolent hate crimes.

"Where I think there is real agreement is that the bail reform law needs to be amended," said Mayor Bill de Blasio.

De Blasio met with Jewish leaders in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon. He has so far rejected calls from the community to declare an emergency, but he did seem to embrace the position that bail reform may have taken place a bit too hastily, and without enough community input.

I cannot understand anyone thinking this was going to do any differently than it did. But then, I'm not a politician.
