"Headbag?" WTH is that?
@Cyber Liberty, putting it nicely, it's a derogatory term for a hijab. Consider the source,
BareNakedIslam.
As to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was asked in a meeting to remove her hijab so as to demonstrate that it could be removed without choking her (i.e. a valid safety question). The meeting attendees happened to be all male, and she said she would do it if another woman were present. The supervisor refused to do that. Should this come to trial, the State of NY will have to show that complying with her request would have been very difficult, the same reasonable accommodation standard that would apply to Jews wearing yarmulkes or Christians wearing crosses.
As for
BareNakedIslam, their phrase "Islamic supremacist beliefs" is dishonest and bigoted.
