FISA Judge Rosemary Collyer Will Step Down

Chief Justice Roberts is justified in relieving her of duty. Judge Collyer, who coincidentally approved the initial Page FISA warrant, ignored multiple letters from Nunes and Meadows warning about problems.

But Roberts isn't blameless, he has oversight responsibilities re: FISC.

The more things change, the more they remain the same.  The ex-Judge will make a good witness in the upcoming Senate hearings.

Hmm, being allowed to retire gracefully for "health reasons" instead of being canned for her malfeasance.
