Shocking video has emerged showing a 14-year-old boy being attacked on a school bus, allegedly because he'd previously worn a hat supporting President Donald Trump.

The incident occurred on November 21 in Hamilton County, Florida, and the video first emerged on Thursday after the boy's family retained attorney Foye B. Walker for possible legal action.

The incident left the boy, identified only as Tyler, hospitalized with head contusions, according to his mother, a Trump supporter who tweets under the handle @AmericanDiaries.

The attorney, Walker, verified in a tweet that the incident occurred on a school bus in Hamilton County, and that he was representing the family. He did not immediately respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com.

WHY isn't this being treated as the racial hate crime that it is?

The left created that insanity, and it's time we now flipped it around and started using it on THEM!

Antifoids are primarily white, so anti-Trump-supporter violence is not a race thing.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

If his parents are smart, this kid shouldn't be attending a public school nor riding on a public school bus again...

I feel terrible for this boy and hope he recovers quickly.  I admire his strength in supporting his President, and I am saddened we live in a world where this can happen.
If I was President Trump I would visit this boy in the hospital, if permitted.

Often victims of violence ask themselves if they did anything to instigate the violence.  Society has been very clear that a barely clothed woman walking alone at night bares no blame in her rape, and a man flashing his money has no blame in his robbery.  We live in America where we are free to do as we please.  That's the law.

Again I in no way don't condone this, and I am disturbed that anyone would assault a gullible child out of political frustration, but I bet the boy doesn't wear the hat again.  A message was sent to the boy, and all Trump supporters.

President Trump is so hated, it could be you next.

I fully agree, and try them as adults, and lock 'em up full term.

@DCPatriot

Back when I was in elementary school back in the 50's,I was a 3rd grader being bullied by a MUCH larger 6th grader. One day I came home from school crying because this guy threw a volleyball into my face in front of a bunch of girls, and I was both embarrassed and scared.

My father didn't so squat about it,other than to give me the brass knuckles that had belonged to his father, and tell me to solve my own problems. In his defense,he was VERY shy socially, and me,not so much.

So I started carrying them to school in my pocket.

They did me no good at all. The next time this fool tried to bully me I happened to be holding a baseball bat,and I never even thought about the knucks. I just laid his ass out with the bat,and then stood over him waving the bat in his face and threatend to beat him to death with it if he even bled harder. This all happened in a school yard full of kids.

For some odd reason he never tried to bully me again, and I don't even remember seeing him trying to bully anyone else. This was a BIG kid, too. A freak of nature probably 6 feet tall in the 6th grade. He just seemed to lose all his arrogance and confidence all at once.

Nobody else tried to bully me,either.

Go figure.

Back when I was in elementary school back in the 50's,

Good story.  Mine similar about 10 years later.  In about 5th grade I was bullied terribly for the reason of (1) avoidance due to the school punishing all fighting (2) and for me doubly, I lived in a very strict household and got into double trouble for getting in trouble at school.  And believe me, back then those who didn't fight back were branded cissys .

After showing up at home with a black eye one day, I was cornered by my father who wanted details.  I broke down and said I was in a "can't  win" situation by fighting back.  I remember him turning beet red, and he basically told me I had a one day pass to address this.  He wisely also mentioned to do it in front of as many people as possible.

So the next day 2 years of pent up anger vented on the poor kid, and there was plenty of his nose blood on the ground by the time I was through.  It instantly ended any bullying, as word gets around the playground pretty quick.

What is funny is that the deed repeated itself about 30 years later with my own son.  I guess some things never change.

@catfish1957

The one thing that never changes is human nature.

These days there are even girl bullies that pick fights with smaller (or whiter) girls. Used to be girls were taught to be ladylike, but these days "Baby Mamma's" teach their girls to be "bad bitches".

Probably a good thing I don't have a daughter in school these days. I suspect you would be seeing the story about that one on teebee if I did. In some ways I am a VERY old-fashioned man,and there are lines you can't cross without dire consequences resulting.

Seems I’m about 10 years behind you @catfish1957   I, too, had my own issues with a bully ended by “effectively communicating” to move on to another target.  And I, too, never had issues again with any others.

Fast forward 30 years to my youngest son.   I have always told my boys that I don’t give a damn about school policy.  Someone lays their hands on you, it’s time to rock and roll...I’ll deal with school bureaucrats.  Youngest son was having issues outside of his home room class in the mornings.   That particular teacher was male, retired army.   I told my son to deal with the problem, and then sent an email to that teacher informing him of how my son had been told to deal with it.  Unfortunately, but probably covering his own ass, he alerted the asst principal.   She dealt with it in an effective manner , the bullying ended and my son suffered no further bullying.   But I am still pissed about it...great the bullying ended...but they also deprived my son the life lessons and the accompanying boost of self worth from handling the problem.   And he will probably never have that opportunity again.   Their bullshit zero tolerance nonsense doesn’t take that into account.

My own story....I was on the high school freshman Cross-Country team and we shared the locker and showers with other male sports..the vending machine that gave you a juicy red apple for ten cents...it was 1960.

The machine was broken and I was a little pissed.   My teammates teased me and after returning from a shower, in just a towel, Mike Grys, a 'Giant' of a Senior, who talked to the whole room, called my name and sidearm whipped the apple at me.  From 10 ft away.  50 mph   "Here's your apple!..."

Being hunched over with one foot on the bench in front of my locker, all I had time to do was open my free hand.

It stuck firmly in my hand, and I instinctively said 'thank you' and took a bite.

Thanks for jarring that memory, guys.
