People need to understand Horowitz was an Obama appointee.

And it doesn’t matter if he said there’s no political bias.

Barr & Durham are the only ones who can prosecute, & they’ve BOTH made statements disagreeing with Horowitz.

We just needed Horowitz to explain WHAT happened.

Two possibilities:

1. FBI agents purposely abused their power to wage a political war against a presidential candidate.

2. They were so incompetent they let a foreign political operative weaponize the FISA program into a spying operation on a rival presidential campaign.

Attacks on Wray from GOP on this panel are stunning. He saw the good (no bias and proper prediction) and the bad (serious FISA omissions and errors that he has already agreed to fix with 30 reforms). Divide in this country is between those who see truth + those who spread lies

Sen. Hirono asks if Horowitz if he can say that the FISA errors that occurred here only occurred in this investigation.

Horowitz says they've studied FISA issues in the past, but that they've never done a dive as deep as this.

I can’t help but get an eerie feeling the more I hear “Mr. Horowitz, you didn’t find evidence of political bias to begin this investigation, right?” Everyone knows there was bias. The texts alone show it in obscene abundance — & it’s fantastical to say it didn’t drive the process

But that is NOT what he is saying!  He is saying that he did not find any documentary or testimonial evidence of that. In other words, no one told him I did it because I hate Trump.

He's said there was no bias at the start, but it was a different story by the time the matter reached the FISA Court.
