Did the pawnshop have an FFL license?

Did the pawnshop pawn guns, without one, illegally?

If the pawnshop had an FFL, was it obtained fraudulently? Or by a previous owner?
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

FFL's don't "go with the shop" when it is sold. They are issued to the individual that owns the shop,"Doing Business as...."

Also, the BATF sends out undercover agents occasionally to try to buy or sell illegal items in sting operations.

Sometimes they just visit the shops posing as potential customers who are just "shopping around to see what you have." They may then ask you if you can get something for them they can't see displayed. Maybe something like black powder, which requires a special license due to special storage and insurance requirements. Maybe even ask you if you want to buy a machine gun their cousin gave to them and they don't know what to do with. Or a "silencer",stolen military parts, etc, etc, etc.

Or at least that is how it was when I owned a gun shop back in the early 80's.

Jewish Blood on the Streets of Jersey City

The targeted killing of two Jews in a kosher supermarket is only the latest incident in a slow-motion pogrom. And it could have been a lot worse.
By Armin Rosen

...

The JC Kosher Supermarket is Jersey City’s only kosher grocery store. It serves 100 or so families from the Satmar Hasidic group who live in the immediate neighborhood, where community members have moved over the past four years to escape skyrocketing property costs in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Jersey City was a place where religious Jews could get everything they needed, a cheap and spacious foothold for whoever wanted out of Brooklyn but didn’t want to move too far from New York City.

The attack was waged on the heart of a young Jewish community. The attack’s two Jewish victims died within feet of the community’s main mikvah, which is a squat single-story addition protruding from behind the synagogue. A story below is a boy’s school where 57 young children were learning when the shooting started. If not for the quick intervention of multiple SWAT teams, the carnage in Jersey City would clearly have been even worse. As the attack continued, men on lockdown in the shul next door to the kosher supermarket recited psalms and prayed for a safe end to the crisis—the group reportedly included Leah Ferencz’s husband. On Wednesday morning, one could glimpse into the exposed storefront of the kosher supermarket and see what appeared to be containers of soup mandel as workers busily constructed a plywood barrier to shield the crime scene from both the elements and public view.

NJ Pawn Shop Owner Arrested in Possible Link to Jersey City Shooters
« Reply #105 on: December 16, 2019, 01:38:03 pm »
NBC NY by Jonathan Dienst   12/14/2019

His number was found in suspect David Anderson's pocket

What to Know
•   Authorities arrested a pawn shop owner Saturday and are looking at a connection with the Jersey City shootings Tuesday

•   The pawn shop owner's phone number was found in the pocket of suspected shooter David Anderson

•   The shop owner, a convicted felon who had multiple guns at the shop, now faces weapons-related charges

A pawn shop owner in Keyport, New Jersey has been arrested on weapons-related charges after his phone number was found on one of the suspects in the Jersey City shooting.

Officials are now looking into whether any of the guns used in the shooting came from that Keyport pawn shop, which was full of firearms, including three AR-15-style assault rifles.

Prosecutors had previously said they believed some of the guns used in Tuesday's shootout may have been purchased in Ohio by Francine Graham, one of the two suspects. The shop owner's phone number was on a piece of paper in the pocket of David Anderson, the other suspect.

Sources: Hidden Handcuff Keys Found on Bodies of Jersey City Attack Suspects

By Brian Thompson and Jonathan Dienst   â€¢ Published 5 mins ago   â€¢ Updated 5 mins ago
David Anderson and Francine Graham, the man and woman who took four lives in Jersey City in a hate-fueled domestic terror attack last week, both had handcuff keys hidden in their bodies when they were searched at the JC Kosher Supermarket when the prolonged bloodshed ended, law enforcement sources familiar with the case tell News 4.

Anderson and Graham stormed the store with rifles and immediately opened fire on the people inside, bypassing others on the street, in what authorities have described as a targeted attack. They were found dead when it ended.

The sources tell News 4 Anderson's handcuff key was hidden in his underwear; it wasn't clear where Graham had stashed hers. The presumption by law enforcement, they say, is that if the pair could have unlocked the handcuffs should they have been captured early in the spree, they could either escape custody or take more police offices down.

Yeah, kinda hard to fish handcuff keys out of your drawers and unlock them when your hands are cuffed behind your back.

Still, nobody is likely to ever describe either of those cretins of being within shouting distance of sanity.

Put it in the waistband in back. If you've planned well enough to have the keys, you've likely figured out they are going to cuff you behind your back, so you'd hide it where it'd do some good.

This thing, no matter how impulsive it may seem at first, appears to have had some planning and forethought. That premeditation and planning seems to incicate that someone else may be involved. Although no plan survives contact with an adversary, those who performed the acts may not have been bright enough to think this out.   Highly motivated foot-soldiers (not necessarily highly skilled) aren't necessarily the best planners.

It's amazing how many meth heads can do the same, skinny, no binding musculature, and they can reach into a front pocket pretty well.

Hundreds gather to mourn police officer gunned down in Jersey City

Hundreds of people gathered in Jersey City Monday to honor and mourn the detective who was gunned down last week while in the line of duty.

Detective Joseph Seals was shot and killed Dec. 10 in a Jersey City cemetery by two people who then went on to kill three people inside a Jewish grocery store. Authorities say that the shooting was a targeted hate crime.

As authorities continue to investigate the attack, Seals’ friends and family are remembering the 40-year-old father of five.

2 active shooters wearing all black long coats with long guns...

Suddenly, conveniently... 'Long guns' seem to be all the rage....just in the nick of time for a drive against 'assault weapons'... Makes no sense to me.

I think it's all about the intimidation factor of scary black rifles, a semi auto pistol with high capacity magazines are easier to hide and very fast to reload, plenty fast to kill lots of people in a short time.

Yeah, but that's the point - Criminals know their business, just like any other. It is dang hard to conceal a rifle in public, and one would think 'showing' would greatly effect their get away...

In the city, a guy packin a rifle into a convenience store (or such) can only mean one thing... So the minute they leave the car 'showing', they run the risk of a bystander alerting the cops... That narrows their time window significantly... And likely effects their chances on exit.

So the point I am making is, why do that, when a sidearm remains concealed till inside, and does about the same thing? Makes no sense.

Because getting away isn't the point. Making a political statement for whatever 'cause' they embrace, a spot on the six o'clock news, being 'big' on the way out is. It is likely someone is pushing their buttons, and likely they did not act entirely alone.
If their planning included hiding handcuff keys, while that seems like the actions of someone who thought they might be able to escape or renew their fracas, in reality, once they were in custody it is unlikely they'd get a chance for much new mayhem, restrained or not. But someone might have convinced them they'd get a chance to break loose even though the police are notoriously bad at taking prisoners when the shooters have killed one of their own.
