'No crime there': Dershowitz backs Trump after impeachment hearings http://www.gopbriefingroom.com/index.php/topic,383364.0.html
@Cyber Liberty you have me confused with someone else. I have supported impeachment since the Mueller Report came out. I have detested Trump since before his election. In fact I detested him so much that electing Hitlery in 2016 could not motivate me to vote. That is how bad I saw him. In the 3 years since my opinion of Trump fell lower and I've twice been banned a week for IMO expressing my disdain for the President. Is there anybody else here who I fooled into thinking I didn't support impeachment last week?
Nope. Not fooled. Not ever. But that doesn't mean that I feel compelled to tell you exactly what I really think of what you post.... thereby probably getting myself banned.
“A decline of public morals in the United States will probably be marked by the abuse of the power of impeachment as a means of crushing political adversaries or ejecting them from office.â€
Well, if these are all your "facts" your POV make sense now. The Mueller Report wasn't about Russian interference in US elections. That they did was a given .. by all parties. Mueller was charged with proving candidate Trump colluded with the Russians. Mueller and his investigation failed because Donald Trump and his campaign did not.
Alexis de Tocqueville:Just a tad precedent wasn't he?
Alexis de Tocqueville:
Prescient, too!
The former New Jersey Superior Court judge adds that while he thinks impeachment is "absolutely constitutional," it is also "probably morally unjust."
the Mueller Report demonstrated that the president had clearly obstructed justice.
prescient - having or showing knowledge of events before they take place.I could spell it either...even to correct you. Had to look it up!

precedent[precedent]NOUNan earlier event or action that is regarded as an example or guide to be considered in subsequent similar circumstances."there are substantial precedents for using interactive media in training" · [more]synonyms:model · exemplar · example · pattern · previous case · prior case · [more]ADJECTIVE(precedent)preceding in time, order, or importance."a precedent case"
Trump has transgressed the "Unwritten Law".
Can anyone explain to me what this means? Then he says that So we're supposed to believe that Mueller proved obstruction yet brought no charges? And if that's going to be one of the articles, shouldn't the dems be making that case in their hearings?Nowhere in his comments is there any actual "analysis", he's basically just reading talking points that might have been handed to him by Juan Williams during the break.
And I appreciate your restraint. I really hate swinging the ban hammer, I'm probably the most reluctant Mod in that regard. Which is probably why it usually falls to me to do it....
Lol......you need to learn to embrace the suck, CL!
@Cyber Liberty Ahhh,a man for all seasons!
