I get what you're saying, but any time the USA gives another country money, or some other form of aid, shouldn't we expect something in return. IOW, I see nothing wrong in a POTUS saying look here's the military aid you need, but we expect you to investigate any corruption involving our elections. The trancript doesn't indicate this is what happened, but if it had I would not be upset about it.
I've never seen anything close to pressure being applied to create dirt on an opponent. If an investigation by Ukraine revealed shady deals between Biden and Burisma that's on Biden. The Ukraine didn't create "facts" they just uncovered them.
There is apparently an actual treaty, put in place under the Bush administration, that compels such investigations... yet that treaty, that would legitimize Trump's prompting of investigation of corruption by Ukraine.... is pointedly ignored by all of the "get rid of Trump" lying aholes.
I'm a champion of the truth. Couple that with my fondness for reality and facts, vs. hearsay, biased opinions, leftist agenda driven lies and outright BS. And all the facts point to the radical left ignoring the truth, the reality and the facts.... in order to fulfill their agenda of destroying Trump and in the process, installing one of their leftist DemocRat shills in his place.
To that I (and millions of other Americans that, like myself didn't even vote for Trump the first time) say not just no....
